Estate consultations are FREE.

For our Estate Liquidation services, we charge a fee of 40% of the proceeds. This fee covers all aspects of preparing, promoting, conducting the sale, and, if requested, hauling.

*In certain cases, especially for high-value estates, this fee is negotiable within specific parameters.

We can assist with clean-outs before and after your sale! 

*All hauling fees incurred will be the responsibility of the client.

For Probate Appraisals, we provide written appraisals tailored for probate purposes.

$300 / Per Hour
