CLEAN-OUT SERVICES

All estates are left broom-clean after a sale, however, most clients prefer to have their homes completely cleared out to help facilitate the rental or sale of real property. Some houses have “years of accumulation” and require extensive time and energy to dispose of unwanted debris and personal property.

We do our best to estimate clean-out fees prior to the sale, but accurate assessments are sometimes difficult to achieve -- there is no way to know how much stuff will be left over after an estate sale. (Charities are extremely picky about the merchandise they accept. Most do not accept TVs, radios, and other electrical equipment. Nor do they accept mattresses, sofas, or bicycles. Anything they do accept must be in very good condition.)

The hauling service we currently use charges $500 to dispose of an 18 cubic yard truckload of debris (12' x 8' x 5'). They will provide an estimate, prior to hauling, if needed.

Please note that our hauling service is unable to transport paint and toxic chemicals.
